Matt Golden co-founded MapHabit with neuroscientist Stuart Zola to transform care for neurodivergent populations including people with Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias, autism, and intellectual and developmental disabilities and their caregivers. As CEO, Golden leads product and clinical strategy in collaboration with health plans seeking scalable, value-based care solutions. MapHabit functions seamlessly with or without internet access, advancing rural health transformation efforts. To date, the company has secured more than $10 million in funding from the National Institutes of Health, achieved reimbursement in 17 states, and demonstrated measurable cost avoidance in applied behavior analysis and direct support services.
