After earning degrees in biomedical engineering from Vanderbilt and an MBA from Emory, Neil Sapra joined his father and younger brother to co-found NitNeil Partners, a real estate development firm focused on self-storage. Together, they evolved from small-town operators into institutional developers, completing high-design projects in dynamic urban markets across the United States. In 2021, they sold a national portfolio to Life Storage, marking a major inflection point in their journey. Sapra sees real estate as more than a business — it is a means to shape communities, build generational wealth, and design a life of purpose. Sapra’s family is also deeply committed to Khelo, a nonprofit working to ensure access to quality playgrounds at disadvantaged schools around the globe.
