The Emory New York Network's Finance Committee invites you to join your fellow Emory alumni for a dynamic discussion on Finance-Consulting overlap, career growth, work-life balance, industry trends, and leveraging your alumni network for deal-making and movement opportunities. We highly encourage active participation and contributions from all attendees to make this conversation truly engaging and insightful. Registration includes light bites and drinks.

Panelists:

Jack Chapman 14Ox, 16B is a Vice President in Investment Banking at Evercore. He focuses on the Consumer and Retail sector, where he leads restaurant coverage for his group. Jack discovered his passion for banking at Emory and started his career at Guggenheim Partners.

Carissa Caccia 14Ox, 16C  is a Strategy & Analytics Consultant at Oliver Wyman. While at Emory she was looking for a career that would combine data science with her passion for sociology and psychology. This led her to the retail and consumer goods space where the customer is at the forefront of the problems companies are looking to solve.

Moderator:

Ivan Mosqueda Ramirez 22MBA brings a unique blend of finance and engineering. With a background in Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley and over five years in the construction industry, Ivan combines analytical acumen with hands-on expertise. He holds an MBA from Goizueta, a master’s degree from Georgia Tech, and a civil engineering degree from Tec de Monterrey.

Howard He 20L, Professional Development Committee

Howard currently works as an associate attorney at JunHe LLP, focusing on capital markets, M&A, and general corporate practices.

Garry Teekah 15Ox, 17C Finance Committee

Garry began his career in Rothschild and Co’s M&A department covering Financial Institutions. He now serves as Fenergo’s Head of Strategy for North America where he oversees Corporate Development as well as works closely with strategic Financial Institution clients on their digital transformations via the Fenergo software. Garry majored in Applied Mathematics while at Emory - fostering his passion to connect quantitative theories to real life problems.
