Jhaymee Tynan is a change champion. She believes that the best leaders create opportunities for others to thrive. Tynan came to Goizueta Business School with a bachelor’s degree in finance and a master’s degree in project management. She enrolled in Goizueta’s Executive MBA Program because of the school’s focus on developing ethical business leaders. A passionate advocate for gender and racial equity, Tynan founded 100x2030, an initiative committed to sponsoring 100 women of color by 2030. She is calling on executive leaders to serve as sponsors for rising women of color within their organizations. Her genuine passion comes from her experience of being sponsored throughout her career, resulting in national recognition by organizations such as Modern Healthcare and Becker’s Healthcare. Tynan also received Emory's Guiding Star Award. For Tynan, Emory opens the doors to infinite possibilities.
