Prem Bhatia is chief executive officer and co-founder of the award-winning technology platform Cooleaf, which helps customers generate winning business outcomes through behavioral recognition and performance incentives. Cooleaf empowers customers like Salesloft, Shipt, Aprio, and others to recognize and reward accomplishments, incentivize performance metrics, and connect team members through virtual experiences. Cooleaf has been named one of America’s fastest-growing companies by Inc. Magazine for two consecutive years. Prior to launching Cooleaf, Bhatia served in product management roles of McKesson Corp and American Express. Bhatia holds a master of health services administration from The George Washington University and a bachelor’s in business administration from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. When he isn’t altering the landscape of business team dynamics through technology, he enjoys playing guitar, traveling, spending time with his three children, and mentoring aspiring and current founders.
