Amy B. Cheng began her path at Emory as a pre-med student. When she saw the effects that law and policy can have on communities, she pivoted and pursued a career in law. As an attorney, she specializes in labor and employment, white-collar defense and government investigations, and business and commercial litigation, and she is hailed by colleagues, clients, and the community as being an excellent litigator with an eye for resolution. Outside of work, Cheng devotes a considerable amount of time and energy to nonprofit organizations that benefit communities in Atlanta and Georgia. Most notably, she serves on the Executive Committee and Board of Directors of the Atlanta Bar Association, the largest voluntary legal association in the Southeast, serving more than 6,300 members.
