Chidiogo Anyigbo is a proud triple Eagle, with an interdisciplinary undergraduate major in neuroscience, psychology, and anthropology that greatly influences her current work. Her leadership roles in the Emory Pipeline Collaborative and her creation of a pediatric obesity intervention program helped her develop valuable skills in addressing social determinants of health, community engagement, and building partnerships with parents.

Chidiogo completed her residency and a general academic pediatrics fellowship at Children’s National Hospital. She has been recognized for her achievements, receiving a Young Investigator Award from the Academic Pediatric Association and a National Institutes of Health Loan Repayment Program award.

She has been actively involved in both local and national leadership positions within the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP). Her roles include serving as a former AAP Federal Affairs intern and chairing the Advocacy Committee for the District of Columbia.
