Holly Bullard 07C

Chief Strategy and Development Officer | Florida Policy Institute | Sarasota, FL

A dynamic leader and creative strategist, Holly Bullard brought her Capitol Hill expertise home to Florida to catapult a fledgling public policy institute to new heights in fundraising, recognition, and state policy impact through meticulous relationship-building and an engaging vision of a better Florida. Bullard spearheads Florida Policy Institute’s fundraising, policy advocacy, coalition building, and communications strategies. She leverages all her experience to help build a long-term vision for the nonprofit. Bullard started as an Emory political science major then went on to participate in AmeriCorps VISTA where she supported free tax services. Bullard then earned her master’s degree in public policy from Georgetown University's McCourt School. She used her experience to become a legislative aide to a senior congressman on the House Financial Services Committee and then led financial stability programs and advocacy for United Way Suncoast. Most of all, she carries the pride and duty of being a daughter to Florida public educators.
