Jenna Brown 09C 12L is vice president of people at Rainforest, an embedded payments company transforming the future of fintech. Passionate about building people-first organizations, she has dedicated her career to creating human resources practices that grow alongside high-performing companies.
Before joining Rainforest, Brown served as chief people officer at Instinct Science, GoFan, and ParkMobile, where she built strong operations that supported rapid growth, successful acquisitions, and award-winning workplace cultures. Her experience at Emory — studying sociology as an undergraduate and focusing on employment law in law school — laid the groundwork for her leadership and commitment to developing engaged, thriving teams. She has built her career around helping Atlanta’s most innovative startups grow, scale, and succeed.
Brown is married to Emory graduate and 2018 40 Under Forty honoree Teddy Brown 09B and has two daughters.
