Kristen Wilson 05Ox 07C is a legal entrepreneur and leader. As an attorney, Wilson built and led a 100-person immigration law firm and now runs her own fully virtual practice, KW Immigration Law PC, with a global team. Her work focuses on helping small businesses in landscaping, construction, and agriculture hire foreign talent, transforming immigrants’ lives while supporting essential sectors of the economy.

At Emory, Wilson double-majored in Spanish and international studies with a focus on Latin American democracy, and she minored in religion. She credits her Emory education with providing the foundation for every opportunity and skill in her career. Her fluency in Spanish, for example, has been instrumental in building trust across cultures and delivering empathetic, effective legal representation. 

Wilson says her greatest personal achievement has been developing the qualities she most admires in her mother: She carries love, compassion, and resilience in all that she does.
