Nancy Twum-Baah is a Director, Global Program Leader in the Early Development Oncology R&D organization at Johnson & Johnson (J&J). Twum-Baah earned her Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and Behavioral Biology with a Minor in Political Science from Emory in 2006, laying the foundation for her career not only at J&J but also at other renowned institutions such Genentech, Sanofi, the University of California San Francisco (UCSF), and Emory Hospital. With an extensive background in clinical research and people management, while also displaying servant leadership qualities, she excels in advancing the pharmaceutical sector. The most fulfilling aspects of her job include contributing to the development of lifesaving medicines, driving innovative clinical trial solutions, and mentoring future leaders. Aside from Emory's impact early on in Twum-Baah's career as a clinical lab assistant at Emory’s Molecular Diagnostics Lab, she is also personally grateful for the support her family received from Emory University Hospital when her father underwent a kidney transplant.

When Twum-Baah is not busy managing clinical research programs, she enjoys exploring new hotspots in her homestate New York, visiting museums, watching art performances, traveling, hiking, and spending time with loved ones.
