Pat Darcey is a federal prosecutor, currently serving as an assistant U.S. attorney with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Florida. In addition to his role as a federal prosecutor, Darcey also dedicates his time as a judge advocate in the U.S. Navy Reserve.

Before his role as a federal prosecutor, Darcey gained valuable experience as a law clerk for a federal judge at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. He also worked as an attorney advisor within the U.S. Department of Justice through the Attorney General’s Honors Program.

Prior to attending Emory Law, he served more than seven years on active duty as a U.S. Marine Corps officer. He deployed twice overseas, including a tour in Afghanistan. Beyond his professional commitments, Darcey actively engages with the community and holds a position on the Board of Directors for Hearts & Homes for Veterans, a nonprofit organization dedicated to ending homelessness among veterans.
