Taylor Jarl 16B

Product Manager | Google | San Francisco, CA

Taylor Jarl is an ambitious problem solver with a propensity to deliver impact and leadership in his work and community. Jarl attended Emory’s undergraduate business program, which helped him secure a postgraduate role as a management consultant at Booz Allen. During consulting, Jarl discovered a passion for the tech sector, and he decided to make the leap to Silicon Valley. He is now a product manager at Google, working on the Google Assistant, a product with more than 500 million monthly users. Jarl also deeply focuses on community. He leads volunteer recruitment and engagement for Minds Matter San Francisco, an organization that has 200+ members and supports the education of underprivileged children. This effort was especially critical during COVID-19, when the digital divide was exacerbated for students without the technology access necessary for distance learning. Jarl remains invested in Emory, serving as an alumni mentor who is always open to building a relationship.
