Meet Tracy Davis, a serial entrepreneur who thrives on solving problems and supporting small businesses. Driven by her passion for research, learning, and growth, Davis graduated from Emory University with a degree in anthropology and a minor in global health. Her interest in research and data analysis was further shaped by her work at the Emory National Primate Research Center in the developmental and cognitive neuroscience department.

After working in her family business, Davis caught the entrepreneurship bug and founded TRAX Analytics in 2019, creating a data-driven software platform featured in the New York Times and Wall Street Journal. Her experience in launching and scaling a business led her to co-found Mind & Social, where she coaches and supports new entrepreneurs. As co-host of The Layover podcast, she is committed to breaking down barriers in entrepreneurship and professional development.

When she’s not working, Davis loves to be outdoors, hiking, walking, and camping. She also enjoys yoga and pilates, which help ground her during stressful times. Tracy finds fulfillment in growing and supporting incredible teams and leaders and making a positive impact on their professional journeys. She says Emory played a significant role in her success, teaching her essential skills such as writing, public speaking, critical thinking, and data analysis, which remain vital in her businesses today.
