Chief of Staff | Cellino | Cambridge, MA

Willie Reaves Jr. is chief of staff at Cellino, a cell therapy technology platform company focused on increasing access to stem cell therapies for patients. Before Cellino, Reaves spent seven years at the Biotechnology Innovation Organization, where he led global product development for a business-to-business platform that facilitated partnerships in the biotech and pharmaceutical industry. He previously worked as a project manager and teacher in South Korea, where he co-founded a chapter of a non-governmental organization to help resettle North Korean refugees. Outside of work, Reaves serves on the National Leadership Council of the Society for Science, a nonprofit organization dedicated to expanding scientific literacy and access to STEM education and scientific research.

“Emory gave me my first opportunity to travel abroad to Spain, where I returned to visit friends this summer. When I was in South Korea and exploring career options back in the United States, I cold emailed alumni all over the place for advice, and nearly all of them were willing to take a call with me. The power of the Emory network can’t be overstated.”
