Alex Reibman is the co-founder and CEO of Agency AI, a developer platform for building safe and reliable AI agents through robust testing and observability. He studied economics and philosophy at Emory, where his focus on econometrics, causal inference, and data mining sparked his passion for machine learning. Reibman began his career as a cybersecurity data scientist in Tel Aviv’s tech sector before leading machine learning engineering teams at Ernst & Young. There, he developed advanced machine learning solutions for financial giants like Goldman Sachs and American Express. Following the launch of ChatGPT, Reibman started creating autonomous AI agents. To address their complexity, he co-developed AgentOps, a benchmarking platform. Based in San Francisco, Agency AI has raised $2.6 million from 645 Ventures and Afore Capital.
