Josh Glade is CEO of Empower, a business he co-founded with Keller Strother and Logan Greenspan 04B, a fellow Emory graduate. Empower is the leading global organization responsible for distributing evidence-based behavioral health programs and technologies. With a presence across all 50 U.S. states and in 32 countries, Empower’s mission is to transform the lives of troubled youth, adults, their families, and communities. The company provides training and quality assurance services for scientifically proven interventions that help disadvantaged youth overcome difficult circumstances including justice system involvement, mental health crises, and education-related obstacles. In addition, Empower offers a robust set of software solutions to enable stakeholders working with at-risk populations to achieve positive outcomes. The company serves government agencies, school systems, and nonprofit organizations. Previously, Josh worked in investment banking and corporate development. Josh lives in Atlanta with his wife and two sons.
