Maureen Sweatman founded Joyful Living Coaching and has two decades of experience as certified leadership and wellness coach. Her strengths-based approach is tailored to each client’s needs to enhance a sense of purpose, recover from burnout, build confidence, and align careers with priorities for greater fulfillment. Sweatman specializes in burnout prevention, positive intelligence training to combat self-sabotaging thoughts, clarifying purpose and values, improving challenging conversations, and breaking through limiting beliefs like imposter syndrome.

With an Executive MBA from Emory’s Goizueta Business School and a master’s in divinity from Candler School of Theology, Sweatman has top coaching certifications and is dedicated to nurturing your personal and professional growth.
