Barbara Do 09PH is a biostatistician and manager at RTI International with more than 15 years of experience in clinical and public health research. While earning a bachelor’s degree in biology, she discovered a passion for mathematics and programming that led her to pursue a master’s degree in biostatistics at Emory’s Rollins School of Public Health.

With expertise in biostatistics, data visualization, and technical writing, Do has supported high-impact research resulting in more than 25 peer-reviewed publications. Her work spans neonatal and developmental outcomes as well as chronic diseases, consistently ensuring data integrity and producing evidence-based insights that inform policy and practice.

She credits her time at Emory with shaping her commitment to research and public health equity, a foundation she continues to build through leadership and contributions to collaborative, data-driven research.
