David Jackson 07C is an attorney who focuses on intellectual property law. His work focuses on complex domestic and global brand protection strategies for companies based in the United States and abroad, as well as related intellectual property matters involving social media and emerging technologies. He works with clients ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies at every stage of branding — from trademark clearance and registration to protection and monetization.

Jackson manages a portfolio of thousands of trademark filings worldwide and has been recognized by the World Trademark Review WTR 1000 as a leading trademark professional.

Beyond his legal practice, he serves on the board of directors and co-chairs the governance committee for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Arizona, where he was named Big Brother of the Year in 2019 for his dedication to mentorship. Emory sparked Jackson’s interest in law and gave him the foundation to build a career that combines expertise, creativity, and service.
