As the youngest tax partner at Shutts & Bowen LLP, one of Florida’s largest and oldest law firms, Logan Gans has enjoyed a meteoric rise in the field of tax law. At Emory, Logan served as vice president of the Pre-Law Society and was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa. Later, he built on the strong academic foundation begun at Emory with degrees from the Boston College Carroll School of Management and the University of Florida Levin College of Law. He went on to work as an international tax senior consultant at Deloitte, before shifting his practice to a law firm. Today, he advises both domestic and international businesses and high-net-worth individuals on the evolving intricacies of US tax law. He has a broad tax practice that includes international tax, business tax, tax audit defense, and state and local tax matters. He is an emerging thought leader in the tax law field who has presented at conferences and published articles.
