Marcella Ducca is a problem solver, specializing in navigating complex and high-stress situations. She represents individuals caught up as the collateral damage of litigation against companies. Ducca serves as the co-chair of the Atlanta Products Liability Litigation Group and is a shareholder at Greenberg Traurig.

Her primary focus lies in defending companies against personal injury lawsuits, and she handles a wide range of cases in both state and federal courts, including multidistrict litigations. Additionally, Ducca extends her expertise to the defense of hospitals, physicians, and health care providers in medical malpractice cases. She plays a pivotal role as a senior leader within Greenberg Traurig’s products liability and mass tort litigation teams, managing extensive national litigation and handling individual cases involving catastrophic injuries and wrongful deaths.

Ducca's practice has a notable emphasis on medical devices, particularly those related to women's health. She has a history of representing companies in some of the most complex mass tort cases in history, including transvaginal mesh, Inferior Vena Cava filters, talcum powder, intrauterine devices, hernia mesh, and testosterone replacement therapy.
