Steve Dry 10C is a management consultant driven to help leaders turn bold ideas into reality. At Emory, he studied chemistry and religion, developing an ability to connect big ideas to real-world challenges. His time on the track team reinforced the value of teamwork, lessons he draws on daily with clients and colleagues. After Emory, he spent a year at the University of St Andrews as a Bobby Jones Scholar.

While earning a master of divinity at Harvard, Dry realized that business could provide a platform to address pressing challenges. He joined PA Consulting, helping companies build new ventures, redesign ways of working, and create more fulfilling work. He has consulted in health care, life sciences, consumer goods, and financial services — reducing environmental impact, accelerating ideas to market, and empowering employees.

Dry’s writing has appeared in Fast Company and Innovation Leader, and he remains active in mentoring, alumni leadership, and community service.
