Campus Perks
Emory alumni are welcome to visit campus with or without an appointment. While visiting take a walk through the quad, checkout a performance, or cheer on a fellow eagle at an athletic event. Being an Emory alum also gives you access to various on-campus facilities and resources. Please refer to the university's visitor policy to confirm the current availability of on-campus benefits listed below.
Library Access
While Emory alumni have privileges at most campus libraries, all online databases are not available to alumni due to licensing requirements. The alumni association offers access to premium information resources online through the online community.
Visit Stuart A. Rose Manuscript, Archives, & Rare Book Library, Robert W. Woodruff Library, Pitts Theology Library, and Woodruff Health Sciences Center Library. Please check the visitor policy and opening hours for the libraries prior to visiting campus and bring a valid government-issued photo ID.

- Want to borrow a book from Emory? You can! Alumni have lifetime library borrowing privileges, which require yearly renewal.

Are you on campus? Stop by the Library Service Desk on level 2 for access to a library computer. These computers provide access to major databases, the catalog, the internet, and a variety of software packages. You will be placed at a station based on your specific access needs. To print from a library computer, you can purchase a print card from the Library Service Desk.

Interested in old yearbooks or the history of Emory University? The Rose Library has an extensive digital archive filled with digitized copies of historical photos and maps, letters and diaries, Emory University yearbooks, literary manuscripts, Victorian novels, and more.
Pitts Theology Library
All Emory alumni have access to the Pitts Theology Library and can borrow materials with a valid government-issued photo ID. Visit the Pitts Theology Library Website to review the visitor policy and library hours.
Woodruff Health Sciences Center Library

Health & Wellness - Gym Memberships
Woodruff P.E. Center
The George W. Woodruff Physical Education Center is open to all alumni with facility-use cards. Memberships are available with special rates for alumni upon verification of alumni status. Please provide a photo of your diploma when signing up for your membership. Find more details at the WPEC website.
A free one-day pass is available from the Emory Alumni Association. Please visit the front desk at Miller Ward Alumni House to obtain this one-time benefit.
Parking is available at the Peavine parking deck, which is located at the gym entrance on the west side of the facility. Please note that parking fees apply Monday-Friday from 7am – 5pm. More information on visitor parking is available here.
Student Activity and Academic Center (SAAC) on the Clairmont Campus
Enjoy outdoor swimming pools and tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts, as well as the indoor gymnasium, athletic equipment, and locker rooms. Summer and annual memberships are available with special rates for alumni. Find details at the Emory SAAC website.
To purchase a membership at the SAAC, alumni must provide a photo of their diploma to verify their alumni status.
Michael C. Carlos Museum
The Michael C. Carlos Museum collects, preserves, exhibits, and interprets art and artifacts from antiquity to the present in order to provide unique opportunities for education and enrichment in the community, and to promote interdisciplinary teaching and research at Emory.
Alumni receive a 10% discount on membership, and graduates of the current calendar year receive a one-year complimentary membership.
Performing Arts at Emory
Through Arts at Emory, alumni enjoy discounted tickets to many of the theatrical, dance, and musical performances on Emory's campus, including those in the Donna and Marvin Schwartz Center for Performing Arts. Discounts are not currently available online.
Parking and Public Transportation
Parking
During business hours (Monday–Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.) visitors can park at the in the Fishburne Deck, Michael Street Deck, Oxford Road Visitor's Deck, or the Peavine Visitor's Lot (behind the Woodruff P.E. Center). No parking pass is required to park at these locations.
Public Transportation
Emory's Transportation and Parking Services operates a network of shuttles for members of the Emory community to easily get around campus. They offer a real-time shuttle tracker as well as a free, on-demand service called Saferide which operates on Emory’s Clifton campuses from 9PM-5AM, 365 days per year.
