Ericka Sinclair is a health care visionary and founder and chief executive officer of Health Connections, Inc. Health Connections, Inc., is a health care firm that provides direct clinical care and behavioral health services for vulnerable populations, specifically in primary care, HIV care and prevention, and transgender health. Sinclair’s COVID-19 pandemic response includes leading large collaborative programs with diverse organizations to respond to the ongoing crisis of health care access and health equity. Health Connections, Inc. also provides training for the healthcare and social service workforce, health and wellness education, and health care advocacy for local communities.

Sinclair is equipped with more than 16 years of experience managing relationships with patients, providers, insurers, and communities, which makes her an effective leader within the health care sector. She received her master of public health from Rollins School of Public Health at Emory University.
